My Xbox 360 keeps logging me out

Does any one know the solution to stop xbox 360 logging me out every time i go into a different game, app or screen. It's really annoying and stops me from playing world of tanks

Hello,

Please try the everything in the following order: delete your profile (profile only), clear system cache (3
times) in a row, restart your console (important), download your profile again.

Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

See if the above works for you.

Currently there is a widespread problem occurring on Xbox Live. You can keep up with it at this link:

Chances are your problem is linked to the current widespread one.

Great thanks for the link but I don't get a black screen it just logs me out

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums. I'm sorry to hear this is currently happening. I would like to clarify when it logs you out of your account does it also log you out of Xbox live?

I would like for you to perform a network test, please do the following: System> Settings >
Network > Network Settings > Test Multiplayer Connection. Do you get an error code? If so click this article

"I get an error message when I run the 'Test multiplayer connection' on Xbox One"

Also, let's get your network statistics; System> Settings >
Network > Network Settings > Detailed network statistics.

Here's a quick troubleshooting step I suggest is to clear the console's mac address.

To clear the alternate MAC address(Network cache)on the Xbox One console follow these steps:

Go toSettings
Select Network > Network Settings
Select the Advanced Settings
Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
Select clear and restart

Let us know how it goes.
