My xbox 360 keep getting error code while trying to update the system

i haven't played my xbox 360 for couple years, when i got a new game from my friend i put it in the disk then it asked me if i wanted to update the system, i choose yes. However, the updating isn't succeed it stuck at the picture telling me that the system
had stop the update. and give me a code: 22FB-3CD6-2800-0F00-C000-0034

Issues with system update for Xbox live

I've tried to update the system while prompted but I keep getting the following error code: 40A3-0000-0080-0300-8007-0570. It happens every time I try to start any game on my Xbox 360 console. I've also tried to refresh the system update and I still get
the same error message when I start the game. Please help me.

Try other storage device for update or try offline system update. (Xbox Error C000-0034 | Storage Device Error Xbox | Xbox 360 C000-0034)
