My Xbox 360 is giving me a status code 80780193 this is not recognized by any thing and...

I am having the same problem with this "807B0193" status code.

It first occurred about a month ago. Looking thru some outage websites, I was able to see a solution to remove my profile, and also remove the cache. This solution worked then, but it does not work now. Hulu, Netflix, and Vudu give this error code and
will not get to the "Play now" button at all.

YouTube will work only after I delete my profile and sign in to Xbox Network.

Please let me know what I must do, thank you.

Error 807b0193 occurs when you try to download your Xbox Live profile

You see the following error when you try to download your Xbox Live profile from the Xbox Live service.

Error 807b0193

This may mean that the Xbox Live service is temporarily down or there's a problem with your Xbox Live profile.

Solutions

To resolve this problem, try the following solutions. If the first solution doesn't work, go to the second solution.

Solution 1: Confirm your connection to Xbox Live

Using the links at Xbox Live: Networking to confirm that you're not experiencing connectivity problems and that the Xbox Live service isn't temporarily down.

Solution 2: Wait a few hours and try again

If the Xbox Live service is temporarily down, wait a few hours and then try to download your profile again.

To download your Xbox Live profile, see Download, move, or delete your Xbox Live profile.

If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support.

I have the same problem like other people with status code 807B0193 won't let me access Netflix would love the problem to be resolved as soon as possible this has been going on for about 3 days aainst is very frustrating.

I have the same code and can not access any apps on my xbox 360. I have had this issue before. I was also told to delete, download, and reinstall my live profile. It didn't fix the problem.
