my xbox 360 don't have a mic plug in and appears like it have it, i don't know why that's happening, a lot of players are reporting my profile because of that, any one can help me with that?. (sorry for my english, is not good), i'm gonna say it in spanish

Size of the flash drive is does not matter, I have used several 256mb flash drives on my Xbox 360, all though they were slower in transfer rate they were great for moving game saves.

plug it into a pc, move the data off of it, then reformat it to Fat32 using windows. Plug it into your 360 and configure it. Don't know how to format it google is your friend.

it seems like the port on the bottom of the controller may have dirt or debris inside causing a short, or there is an issue with the electrical connection of the port. you would probably need to get the controller repaired or replaced.
