My xbox 360 games wont work on my xbox one...

Yes all the games ive tried are backwards compatible. Yes ive done that 10 second reboot. Yes ive cleared the local saved game caches. And yes my xbox one games and blu ray are working. So what now? Do i throw away my 20+ games that i have on disc? All
that money just thrown into the trash?? I propose that i show you my proof of purchase and i get the digital copy of them. Or if thats not enough what if i send them in the mail to headquarters?

Some discs are a lil scratched and some are near perfect. Ive never had any age restrictions on my xbox one. Cus my age restricted xbox one games play fine

Hi there i see u have a proplem with game disc compassable it should play through your xbo one but have you tryed to check the disc see if not damaged or anything have u made sure about age ristrictions enabled you will see it on ur xbox one settings sometimes
that can be a proplem aswell
