    My Xbox 360 games have disappeared .


    I recently logged back into my old account "" to play a game.

    I went to My Games and noticed that half of all my games were gone including the one I was trying to play.

    Please help, what happened?

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

    The games have disappeared from my achievement list at the bottom they are xbox 360 games, some of them are backward compatible.

    I've noticed that all Xbox 360 games have disappeared from my achievements list. Only Xbox 360 games. Everything else is there. And I see that missing items are still there on the Xbox App. But not on the console. So weird :(
