my xbox 360 games free with gold games licences were pulled from my account

i should have all of the free games with gold free games since shoot many robots and i don't and i have had to re buy 2 games so far and would like to be refunded all money spent on those and given my free game back also regiven the licences for any of the
games with gold free games since febuary 1 2014 please do i am extremely angry that i cant re download most of the games that i have redeemed and if i have to rebuy any of them ill just stop playing on the xbox and go back to playstation, i switched from them
to xbox i dont want to have to switch back. Please give me back my money and a free digital copy of saints row the third and dead island i had to re buy both and dont intend on buying any more that i should already have i hope that you fix this for me this
has been very frustrating PLEASE FIX ASAP.

Getting free Games with Gold on Xbox 360 and Xbox One with the same Xbox Live Gold account.

If I get an Xbox one and bring my existing Live Gold account to it, will I still be able to get free Games with Gold on my Xbox 360 as well as the free Games with Gold on Xbox One? I'm far from abandoning my 360 just yet. But, I still want to start experiencing the
Xbox One.

 

Cant download 360 Games on Games with Gold even though i have a credit card connected to my account.

I have a Xbox Live Gold account on my Xbox one and i can download and play all Xbox One Games taht are offered free with Games with Gold. But when i try to download the free xbox 360 titles, it says "this purchase channel requires a billing account". I have
paypal AND a credit card linked to my account. How can i get access to the Xbox 360 Games? When i try to download them from the store, the store wants to charge me the usual price for the titles, even though golden letters above the pricetag say "FREE WITH
XBOX GOLD".

 

If you purchased the free games they should show up in your download history and you should redownload them from there -

support.xbox.com/.../redownload-content

If they don't show in your download history and you're 100% sure you purchased them on your account, you would need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
support.xbox.com/contact-us

Sorry, but you'll need to try working with them again. These forums are community based so most of us are just gamers like yourself and cannot do anything about your licenses.
