    My Xbox 360 e used to have 2gb preinstalled But now it is broke


    My console used to have 2gb of internal memory but it suddenly corrupted and everything went whack, because at the same time this corrupted family settings became permanently on and my network settings became stuck on one network and even if I turn the
    stuff off it still comes back on after I press save and exit or turn it off any one got a solution. Cuz I cannot update my console to do anything like buy stuff.

    Do you mean to format it? If so I have tried that repeatedly but it fails and says action could not be completed

    Sorry to hear it. You may need to try doing a factory reset on the console https://www.wikihow.com/Reset-an-Xbox-360

    Unfortunately, unless you have a Gold membership and are using the Cloud this will delete your game saves unless they're stored on an external USB

    Have you figure out what is causing it? I got it for the first time tonight...my treadmill is broke, now my Xbox One Fitness...if I go to use my Xbox 360 now and it breaks...I'm giving up!

    So even though i have the required 2GB space on my Memory Unit which is my 4GB Xbox 360 i now have to purchase another item that is going to run me over 100 dollars just for this game? There is no justice and there is no god.
