My Xbox 360 download is stuck at zero. I cleared the cash. Deleted the incomplete download.

Please check your storage space. Make sure that your hard drive has enough free space for the download. If it's nearly full, delete unnecessary files or move them to an external drive.

And then test your network connection by going to Settings > Network Settings > Test Xbox Live Connection to ensure your console is properly connected to the internet.

Next is to clear system cache again. Go to Settings > System > Storage, highlight your storage device, press Y, and select Clear System Cache. Repeat this process three times.

Then re-download your profile.To do this, go to Settings > Account > Download Profile and re-download your Xbox Live profile. This can resolve issues related to account authentication.

After that is power cycle your console. Turn off your Xbox 360, unplug it from the power source, wait for 10–15 seconds, and plug it back in. Turn it on and try downloading again.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly use a wired Ethernet connection for a more stable internet to download.

Same here! Mostly stuck on 0%. Sometimes it will download, but really, really slow. Can't do anything else, otherwise it cancels the download... Have 90Mbit download, on PS3, PC, Phone, tablet there's no problem. Keep getting corrupt files, incomplete downloades,
etc. (Southpark SoT), so I cleared cache, delete/downloaded profile and even formatted the HDD. But now I can't download all my games again because of the slow/not working xbox live services...

try to clear your system cache(3-5 times) and deleting corrupt/incompleted downloads on your Xbox 360.

if you don't know how to clear your system cache on Xbox 360 go to https://support.xbox.com/help/xbox-360/console/clear-system-cache

First, delete the incomplete download. Second, clear your cache. Third, go to the store and redownload it. Four, wait for it to download.

Hi there, I would suggest going through your hard drive and deleting all incomplete or corrupt files of the failed downloads and trying to re-download through your history:

support.xbox.com/.../view-download-history

Don't just re-download the game, make sure to delete the incomplete downloads first.
