My xbox 360 does not join a group or open audio message help

1) The chat you should open is Xbox and not game

2) When starting the broadcast, a message appears for the group that is in the Xbox chat

For them to authorize, either a message appears when you start the transmission or, in case they missed the message, a "flag" will appear in the group's chat menu for them to allow their audio in the transmission.

To resolve this issue, disconnect from the last group you joined and try to join the new group. See how:
Go back to the last group you joined.
Scroll to the bottom and select Leave Group.
Try joining the new group again.
Note If you were the leader of the last group, the option to leave the group will not be available. To disconnect from this group, follow these steps:
Press the Xbox  button on the controller to open the panel.
Highlight the group, press the Menu button  on the controller and select Leave.
Try joining the new group again.

This happened to me a few times in the same game, when I discovered a solution: make sure you plugged your headset into the controller before opening the game, do a test by creating a group using your own xbox, if it is working, try opening the game.

Select Test your connection to Xbox Live.
