    How to transfer Offline XBOX 360 Profile to XBOX One?

    That's the issue - The gamertag I used on my XBOX 360 does not have an associated Microsoft Account or Email. It was an Offline XBOX 360 -- never connected it to XBOX Live. The gamertag has always been offline.

    I did try my hotspot from my iPhone and it still didn’t want to connect to Xbox live. My 360 does connect to my router and or hotspot and to the internet but refuses to connect to Xbox live. I’ve been hearing on Reddit from people saying that the authentication server for Xbox live called XEMACS has been offline for a few days.

    Yes, not just tried, i have to recover it.

    When i start the Xbox 360 Emulator the first step to do is recover my Profile but it does not work.

    I can´t get a Connection to Xbox Live even though i am connected with my Xbox One to Xbox Live.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Does the Xbox 360 provide you with an error message when it fails to connect to the network? Also, does it fail when connecting to network, internet or Xbox Live? We have an article entitled
