My Xbox 360 Dashboard never changes - anyone know why not?

For the last month, I have had exactly the same ads, offers, etc on my dashboard whenever I log in with my Xbox Live Gold account. If I log out, I see updated ads, new games, current offers, but when I log back in with my Live Gold account, the exact
same set of ads reappear. So, over the last month, I should have seen links to two new Games with Gold free games to download, but as my dashboard does not change, I have not seen these advertised and so have not been able to download these. Any ideas what
I can do to fix this highly irritating problem?

Does anyone know if MS plan to update the 360 dashboard when the One comes out?

dashboard 2.017349.0 issue

Ever since updating to the preview dashboard, the tiles on my xbox 360 never change. My friends show up, I'm connected to xbox live but I don't see current information or sales anymore. Can I go back to the non preview dashboard to fix this?

I have this exact same problem. The ads on the other tabs change but since Xmas '13, the main box on the Home screen tab has remained the Stay Gold: Renew now one.

Obviously I have renewed. Got 2 years queued up in fact. I've tried deleting the cache and deleting/recovering my profile but nothing seems to fix this strange issue.

Anyone have any ideas?

I have asked this question before and I just want to know why they change it? I'm not at home so can't check my 360 but I wonder if the symbol on the dashboard has changed as well?

the only way i know to change them is probably by the way you did change them. i don't get why it keeps changing the language on you, though. very weird.

here is a link explaining how to change language/locale even though you already know how! maybe there's something in it you are missing!

This was after I changed to a new router and have only used wireless on it. I've never used the cable from the computer on the Xbox, don't know why anyone would.
