    my xbox 360 power cable got very hot with the system only being on for about 30 mins the xbox shut down and the box statred melting and smoking

    broken power cord

    my power cord started smoking up and smells burnt and won't turn on my Xbox. there is no more lights turning on on the power block I want to know who I can contact and where I can get a new one.

    Rechargeable battery pack melted.

    I left my controller charging with the 360 in low power state. as I have done many times. and I came home to find my battery pack melted on the back and my coffer table slightly burnt. who do I contact about this..

    My Xbox One has worked fine since last Sunday. Today shut every thing down as I went to the community Christmas sing. When I got home the Xbox wouldn't turn on at all. I removed all the cords, put the plug into a different outlet and it finally reacted to
    me touching the button. However once it got going, a gray smoke started wafting from the top. Definitely smelled of slight burning....

    Could not be more upset. I got hit by the red ring of death twice one the 360 early on.....

    If you saw smoke it could have been a few different things. It might have been the power supply or it could have partially melted the fan or any number of other internal parts.

    And I wanted to add, this is after having an Xbox for a week, controller started smoking, I ship everything in for service to include the console for some reason, I get the console and controller back about 10 days later but they did not return my AC adapter/
    power cord. And now I cannot log into chat to tell them that I need the cord for the thing to work. Ugh.
