My Xbox 360 can’t download a game

    My Xbox 360 can’t download a game


    I need help please! My xbox 360 gives me an error message whenever i try to download minecraft story mode season 2 episodes. The message goes like this, ”sorry there’s a problem buying or downloading this info. Try to clear the cache in the settings, storage,
    and cancel current downloads. Then try again. Find more info by looking up status code 80153003 at www.xbox.com/errorhelp.”

    i have tried clearing the cache. i also have tried to check xbox live connection as well as the internet connection. If anyone has any idea how to fix it please tell me. Thank you!

    All 360 online services are down. Back compatible games on Xbox one can’t save.

    I can’t connect to Xbox live on 360 back compatible games. The rest of the Xbox one behaves normally. I know it’s not a problem with my console because both my old 360 and the 360 emulator on the Xbox one do it.

    I thought maybe the problem was on my end so I did a soft reset. Now the 360 emulator on the Xbox one has no profile on it. I can’t download my profile to it because it can’t connect to Xbox live. So I can’t save at all in back compatible games.

    Is it a regional problem? Is it down for maintenance? The status page doesn’t mention anything.

    In the past, I was available to download xbox 360 games, but since some weeks ago, i can’t do it.

    Xbox original games neither.
