My Xbox 360 can’t connect to the internet it’s always says blocked or failed I don’t know...

Hello There ! Would you please check this link Troubleshoot your Xbox 360 network connection | Xbox Support as it contain some helpful solutions.

My status says:

Network: Connected

Internet: Failed

Xbox Live: Blocked

Ive continued testing things to try and get my xbox connected and still no success.

It always connects to the internet, but refuses to connect to live.

It says "Your console is connected to the internet but cannot contact xbox live."

So would this mean its something on the xbox live servers side?

I know my ISP isnt blocking it since I already called and they actually tested an xbox 360 themselves to try and check, and they could connect.

It says that it can connect to the internet but not to xbox live, and i should contact my isp. Also my router or ISP might be blocking port 3074 (which is not the problem, ports are open). I'll post a picture of it next time i encounter it.

I don’t know if I kept my games or not. I had to do the hard reset offline because I wasn’t connect to internet and it said something about it will still remove the contents from of this Xbox or something like that. once it reset though I selected language but I’m stuck on the connection part, I can’t get past it since I can’t connect to the internet.
