My xbox 360 account is completely *** up and it may happen to others!!!!!

Hey i really need some help here this is a very serious problem!! So here i was playing watch dogs for a while, i stopped playing it do go on the pc, and after 3 weeks later when i got back on i can't access a damn thing! It disconnects me from xbox live
and i have to sign back in but when i do sometimes it says error can't connect would you like to test your connection and sometimes it lets me go in, but i can't access youtube, netflix or connect online!! I test my connection and guess what everything is
connected but I'm still having the same damn problem!!! When i try to go to youtube it won't let me connect! It says youtube is unavailable plz try again later or look at its status, when i try netflix i can't connect at all!! I tried redownloading my account
first time no go it said error can't connect at the very last bar, second time worked but i'm still having the same problems!!! I think i might have messed it up when i signed into that damn shark dash app on my touch screen windows laptop! I think the windows
media caused it!! Plz someone help me!! I have too much to loose on my account!! TT~TT

This issue used to happen quite frequently for me. The following may resolve your issue. It might take a while, but I assure you, if you give it the patience, it most likely will do you wonders.

Go to Settings > Network Settings > MAC Address > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart. Once your system has restarted, go to Disc & Blu Ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage. This should resolve your issue. Sometimes it also helps if you
disable BD Live. Please let me know how it goes.

 

Please try deleting those apps from your HDD and your profile (profile only), as well as clearing the system cache 3 times. Redownload your profile and reinstall the apps.

Let us know if this works.

 

i dont want to download those game apps from the computer! also HDD? where can i find and do that?

 

HDD is your hard drive. How are connecting? Wired or wifi?

 

You might have better luck in 02 - Connecting to Xbox Live on Xbox 360 they deal with First time connecting to Live, connection issues, NAT errors and more.

 

oh i forgot about thatand i'm connecting from wifi wireless

 

but what if that just screws things up if i delete everything from my harddrive?!?!
