MY xbox 1x wont work for my account, but it will for a different account

sorry for long reply. I got a xbox 360 slim and this account got deleted. everytime i try to download it it just wont download. it just says were sorry xbox live accounts cannot be download at this time. so i tried at a different house and internet and it
didnt work. so i tried on a different console and it still wont work. plz help. this account has shangrula on it and my old man loves tht zombies. sorry this is my main account. i used menace cusan to download the dlc when it came out because my account
was hacked at that time

Xbox 1 s and my brothers playing on xbox 1x I've tried hard reset and I've also tried deleting the saves and the accounts i think the problems with xbox live but xbox live is working with xbox just not the backwards compatibility

i have an xbox 1x set as home also just purchased a new xbox 1s

i have family members added as family and set as home xbox on the 1x but they cant see my games from xbox live gold ,ea pass or game pass unless i am signed in

In order to share between two consoles, it is necessary to have a different Xbox account on each console. This means you have to create a second Microsoft / Xbox account and then set up sharing. As it is in this tutorial: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/my-home-xbox

Same here, works on my sons xbox slim but no games work on my 1x

I think I see the problem. The only account that is sharing is your Son's account since he is on your home console. Your account is on your daughter's but it's not your home console so it wont share. Does your family have a main Xbox they use? If so, I think
they will all have to play on that console for Gold to share.

For comparison my set up is:

Xbox 1X (Main):

My Account- With Gold

Spouse account - Without Gold (HOME)

Gold is shared if I am logged in

Xbox One(2)

My Account- WIth Gold (HOME)

Spouse account - WIthout Gold

Gold is shared without me logged in
