My Xbox 1S will not work at all

I restarted my Console, and it took a good minute to load, then I wait for the Tiles to load and then I wait for about 5 minutes, will not load the tiles or even the log in screen all I could pull up was "Restart Console, Disconnect Controller, Turn off Console etc." Can anyone hlp me with this problem?

When you say that you restarted your console, you mean a Power Reset? If it's not, please do a Power Reset:

1. If you have an External HD, please remove it.
2. Press the Power button for 10 seconds, until your Xbox completely turns off.
3. Remove all cables from it (hdmi, power...) and wait 5 minutes.
4. After 5 minutes, plug all the cables in again.

If you already did the Power Reset and it's still not working, please let me know and we'll proceed to further troubleshooting.

All my DVD discs in my DVD and Blu-ray player will resume from where left off. It just doesn't work on the Xbox 1s even though in the settings it is set to do so.
