Hello Alistair, if your console is connected to the internet by Wi-fi change the connection to the network cable and then follow the procedures below.

The first is a clear cache

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

im using an xbox 1s no my xbox isnt in the insiders program its not displaying installation stopped and there are no external storage devices plugged into my xbox

My remote power-up (1s over wireless) broke after the October xbox console update.

and is still broken.....

Access to your xbox 1s HDD is still restricted. Unlike with the xbox 360s dashboard on xbox 1 it doesnt let you copy and paste even game save files. The only common options are install and uninstall. I experience the same thing for halo assault thingy game.
I uninstalled it but it still shows in my library I click on it and the only option with it is install.

Thanks for the images. You had an error E200, it seems to be an issue with the system. You may need to perform an offline system update.
