My xbox 1 year ran out after a month???

i redeemed a year subscription to xbox live around a month and a half ago and today it says i do not have a subscription, i would like to play online games with my mates but currently cannot with this bug that i have. It has also happened to my brothers
account which has not helped the situation. My account name is cooll boy 6100 and my brothers is and i would greatly appreciate for you to tend to the matter or atleast give me a reason for the bug.

Xbox Live has ran out, it says to update my payment method

my xbox one live account has ran out early it did say to update my billing adress but i deleted them and it is still not letting me on

NOTE: I payed for xbox live 1 monthe before this happened and i payed for 1 year

 

When will they be going out? And yes I did pre-order the digital version.

Nah, I played dead space 1 after and was blown away by how much better a 10 year old game looked and ran twice the frame rate.

Services & Subscriptions page, what do you see under Xbox Live subscription?

If you're trying to
share Xbox Live Gold with your brother, you'll need to setup
Home Console designation.

 

i have signed in and looked at my subscriptions and it says i have gold on my account and it should not expire until 31/1/19 and i have done the console designation but it still fails to let me play online and says i have to get
another code or buy gold again.

Let's have you try
removing your profile (please ensure you remember your account email and password before doing this step),

power cycling your Xbox One console and router/modem and then signing back in.

Did that solve the issue?
