my xbox 1 wont work

Discus and support my xbox 1 wont work in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so today I bought the crew on xb1 and I went to download it.it was taking a while to download so I looked in the the store for games and expansions...     my xbox 1 wont work


    so today I bought the crew on xb1 and I went to download it.it was taking a while to download so I looked in the the store for games and expansions when suddenly my controller would not work. I tried to acsess the the store but when I clicked on it the store
    would not work, so more fumbling around with the buttons lead me to hit the turn off xbox/controller and I could not select anything. now everytime I try to turn on my xbox I see it turn on but it still shows a black screen. I've reset it changed out the hdmi
    ports there is nothing more I can do please help.

    My xbox wont work

    My xbox turns on but it black screens and it wont log me on or show the home screen. help. its a old xbox one when it first released 500MB and power solutions wont work.
