My Xbox 1 Scorpion Edition Turns itself off after Startup

When turning on my Xbox 1 Scorpion Edition it goes through startup like it went through a hard reset. From there it will stay on or cut off before it goes to the green screen, and sometimes it will stay on long enough for me to sign in to Xbox Live. But
for whatever reason it will just turn itself off. I turn it on from the console button, and we go through the same process, but other times it will cut itself off before it gets through the green screen. I need some help on this one community.

Understanding that this is an Xbox One X Scorpio Edition, it is recommended to try a different power cable to your console to ensure that the cause of the console turning off isn't that the power cable is not supplying enough power.

If a different power cable is tested, the console may need to be repaired in order to resolve this
power issue.

Also when it goes through the start up it is starting up like it went through a hard reset or something.

Ok so is there a person I can talk to over the phone? Because when I went through the repair prompts, and I clicked power supply as the option it tells me to go back to the "Contact Us" questions. The whole process is becoming very frustrating.

The xbox will not stay on long enough for me to try any of the troubleshooting steps. It is not hot because the system is not on long enough to warm up. I have the Xbox in an open area, and not enclosed. It also has its own surge protector its plugged
into. I also plugged it into the wall, and tried to start the system up. It stayed on for about 5 minutes and it cut itself back off.
