    my xbox 1 is lagy as hell it wont load any thing


    ok my xbox 1 is super lagy it wont load any thing a code keeps coming up saying the app or game is taking to long to start. if somthing does load it usauly followed by a code saying i need to delete my local saved games. so when i go to settings theres
    nothing next to system tab and it usauly freezes up at the point. so after i push the power down for 10 seconds i unplug it. i keep doing that intill it lets me delete my local saved games. then it will work for like a half hour then i gotta start all over
    again

    ivw done that once already and i thought it fixed it but two days latter it started again

    Are you running the apps/games from the console drive or an external drive ?

    This could also be a potential factor if its not a quick drive. (USB 3.0)
    You can't store games & apps on a drive that isn't USB 3.0
