My Xbox 1 fell from my shelf and its not working

My Xbox 1 fell from my shelf and its telling me to update it but then it says that there was a problem. I went to the Xbox website to try and figure it out but my code wasn't appearing on the "what error code are you getting". my code is Update Error: 0x80080005
0x00000000 0x00000200. please can y'all help me out to resolve this problem. Also before the update I was able to go to the home screen but it wouldn't let me sign in or didn't read any games, but when I tried to sign in, it told me there was an error and
I restarted my xbox many times but nothing change.

I was cleaning my xbox one & I put it on my stand and plugged it in the wall just to see how it would look & my brother called me and as I went to go to him I tripped over the power cable which was on the floor and it all just came down from the stand, now
I plug in the power source into the xbox the it just shuts off (power brick light goes off) I called xbox support about this issue, they said I needed to replace it but in reality I have no money to do so. I had to cancel the pre-order I had of BF1 (which
was $60) but thats still not enough money to replace it. Gaming is a big part of my life & so is Xbox. I know there has to be something else I can do, I just need help, thanks!

If your Xbox console and your power supply fell then that's a big problem, your power supply is probably broken and not just that your Xbox console might be broken too. If you have a friend or any other way to get another power supply you should try to see
if your Xbox console is working that way you know if it's just your power supply or your console too.

 

If you visit the offline system diagnostic support page you can download the Restore Factory Defaults file:

support.xbox.com/.../system-updates-solution

Read through the process of formatting the flash drive etc thoroughly and follow the instructions as if you were doing a system update but using the file you downloaded you may find that your console will then boot correctly.

Have you tried a hard reset?

 

It looks like the system is corrupted. You can try the suggestion above but if it doesn't work, go to start up troubleshooter page. Make sure that there's no flash drive plugged in. Select Reset this xbox, then try Reset and keep games and apps, first. If
that didn't work, try to reset everything. I hope this helps!
