My Xbox 1 controller analog stick clicks

My Xbox 1 controller analog stick clicks like a metal click each time I go down. I got this controller like 2 weeks ago during a sale on the. Microsoft website.

the right one does not feel right going down. I never dropped it. I don't smash the button. I am no hardcore gamer im always on my Xbox but most of the

time im on YouTube or watching videos. The games I mostly play are halo 5 and gta 5. how do I fix this clicking? Is this happening to anyone else? I got the

charged and play one

Xbox one controller left analog faulty.

So i've had my xbox one for about 3-4 month, recently my left analog stick has started to be very faulty. When i move the left analog stick up or down it continues to go in that direction for a bit. It's become really annoying now as I can barely even navigate
around the xbox and I only have the 1 controller and paying £40-£50 for another is really not an option at the moment. When i move the left analog up it seems to have this 'click' feel in it. Any help would do, i still have the receipt for the console too.

 

FPS gamers, what is the average life span of your analog sticks?

Hello everyone

I just replaced the Xbox One controller that came with my Kinectless Xbox One bundle yesterday so it lasted me 8 months.

The left analog stick wasn't very responsive to Destiny's click it down to run function and the right analog stick was drifting up (making it hard for me to snipe without having to compensate for the up drift).

https://myservice.xbox.com/ . Since you have purchased your controller 2 weeks ago it's still in warranty and the repair should be free (default warranty is 90days).
