my Xbox 1 comes up with the error message E207 when you try to power it down before initial ...

Hi, I've owned Watch Dogs since it came out & had it fully installed the xbox one. I recently put the disc in (yesterday) & it refused to work. It initially attempted to re-install itself although it was already fully installed, & kept having 'installation
stopped' messages pop up. It also initially had a 0x80070002 error come up, so I un-installed it, powered it down & attempted to re-install it. It now continues to have 'installation stopped' and 'installation started' messages pop up, & now comes up with
a 0x80970915 error. I have attempted the power down cycle numerous times, other discs work fine & I'm at a loss. Can someone please help?

ive done a full power down as i said in the initial inquiry i left it unplugged for about 2 days before powering it back up today

also when this happened with my old xbox it got to the point where that xbox no longer turns on and is why i needed a new xbox

There are many factors why you may not be able to send messages but the main one is when the profile is having issues syncing with the Xbox Live servers.

What error messages are you seeing when trying to send messages?

Are you on the Xbox One? If so, Go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

Try out the power cycle if on the Xbox One and let us know exactly what happens when trying to send messages.

Do you get a specific error message when you try to connect? Let's start by power cycling your Xbox One console by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. After that, boot back up and give it another shot!

What happens when you try and record a clip? Does an error message appear?

Have you tried doing a hard reset of your console by holding down the power button for ten seconds before releasing and pressing the power button again?
