My XBOne won't recognize my router's password

    My XBOne won't recognize my router's password


    I've entered both passwords exactly right a bunch of times for both of my household's routers, and it can't recognize either one. Has anyone else had this problem? The passwords haven't changed; all of my devices can still connect but my Xbox One. Really
    worried something's wrong -- I've only had this since Christmas.

    Console won't keep me signed in. Asks for password every time I sign in.

    I have the same issue. Won't recognize me but it does recognize my son. I am so sick of having to enter password

    Can't sign in

    It won't recognize my face with Kinect. I try manually signing in with every password and it won't let me on. I can access anything.

    My XBOne won't recognize my router's password

    Try a hard reset of your console. Another user had this same issue yesterday and that fixed it. To do this, hold the Xbox logo on the front of your console for 10 seconds until it fully powers down. Then restart it and try again. Let me know if this works!
