    Still no surround sound fix

    Ok, I just spoke to MS support rep... I'm using XBO with Bose Lifestyle v35. We were able to solve the issue by turning the XBO off for 10 seconds, then unplugged all the cables from bose, and xbo. Waited 1 minute, and plugged all the cables back in. Booted
    up XBO and surround sound is working again. Hope this helps.

    Did you resolve the problem, because I have tried all this and I have problems too, No DVD or 360 can be read on my XBO, :c

    Downloaded content, bluray and XBO disc works fine....

    I met all the criteria and didn't get a code either. Then, today i got a msg from live saying they noticed i hadn't activated my code and gave me one in the msg. this worked ok when i entered it.

    Maybe you'll get a msg from them too.
