My XBL Year Number on my profile disappeared!!!

Hey there,

played Halo 5 Beta, went on vacation from Monday until thursday (yesterday).

I turned my xbox on and thought, lets play that D4 game. But my xbox said "you need xbl gold to play this". But I have gold until 2016!

So I joined a party to check if this works and it did, and then I played Halo 2 Anniversary online.

A few hours later D4 worked also, no problems.

But what I saw this morning, my Year number (must be 10 now I guess, Im non stop xbl member since jan 2005) disappeared!

Called the support, they will investigate that problem and send me a mail when they found out what happened.

While talking to the support guy, he said please check enforcement.xbox.com and it said that Im banned. I clicked that tile and there was something like "banned reason: no reason for ban" and also no date.

So he told me to redownload my profile on my xbox, I did and then I checked enforcement.xbox.com again and everything was finde, Top reputation as well.

I got a message on my smartglass a few days ago that I got a month free because of master chief collection and there is nothing on my side to do.

Maybe it has something to do with that month?

Still have the problem with my year number. Friends cant see it too on my profile. But I can see theirs.

Need a solution here!

Tenure issue it's missing

I had my account for a year or two and I just put gold on it and my number on my account was there then disappeared please help me

 

12 YEAR TENURE DISAPPEARED on my profile!!!

11 year tag.. Turning 12. Have had auto renewal the whole time. Never missed a single payment. And even if you're acct goes silver it doesn't matter. I have a second tag that I renew every couple years and it stores it when it gets renewed to what it should
be. Either way its annoying. It better be temporary

 

It may very well have something to do with your Gold membership. Please check the following link to see what your expiry date for your membership is. It will show on the right hand side around the middle of the page.

If it ends within a month then odds are that your account reverted to Silver for a period of time before the new membership was added. If this was the case then give it about a week or so for the tenure to repopulate your account.

Yup my 8 years was stolen from me as well. I'm pretty upset.
