    My XBL tenure


    My XBL account's tenure was reset for unknown reasons. i had 8 years of XBL Gold and now it's all gone? My account went silver for a short while and i recently got it back to Gold only to notice my tenure was gone! I talked to an employee for a while (here

    i had a 1 year tenure on this account and i got a promo code not knowing itll mess my xbl tenure up can u please help

    When you go Silver and renew Gold, sometimes it'll take a little while to show your tenure again. Give it a few more days and hopefully it'll resolve itself. If not then continue to work with Support to resolve it. Good luck. My XBL tenure :)
