My xbl rewards page states that my birthday needs to be updated. I checked my account but my birthday is correct.

I've been a member of the rewards program for over a year now, i've been a gold member for almost 10 years now, i've always had the same birthday date on my profile. Why has something changed now? Why it states it needs to be updated while the date of my
birthday is correct?

My gamertag is . If you need any more information let me know.

Can you please help me?

I am a gold member for 10 years too, like you, and always have my birthday date updated, i mean, the same as always, the only and real one.

I am having the same issue and here answered me that my birthday date indicate an abnormally old birthdate (i born in 1973) nothing is abnormal to me with it. i am clueless

read my thread and the non sense answer i got here...

This yellow warning light is a new feature that was implemented a few days ago. I see that it is being raised on your account because we have detected a...somewhat odd date of birth on your account. The information we are receiving indicates that you were
born over two centuries ago (!!!). Obviously, based on this very, very old birthdate and your confirmation of your birthday information, there appears to be some kind of reporting error occurring.

We are currently reaching out to the team that designed this feature for an explanation on why this is occurring. Once they provide us with more information, we will update your thread here. However, you do not need to worry about the state of your account.
Aside from this odd information, everything on your account is working as intended. We just wanted to let you know that you may have input some wrong information, but it sounds like the problem is on the servers end! Apologies for the alarm.

What did you exect really. In the small print on the rewards page it states the value of your birthday gift is 25c

Since you never logged in to the Rewards site during your birthday month, your account was not updated to Reward your birthday. Our team has changed how this works to allow a bigger window for you to log in and update your account for dates such as your
Birthday. We see this perk is now pending in your account on the MyRewards page.
