My XB10 Helmet vanished from my avatar wardrobe on Xbox One.

Hi i resently talked to some of the support chat and was redirected here i currently played on xbox and have used xbox live on the original but after playing for some years ages ago i became a 10year elite and was given a helmet but upon switching from xbox
360 to xbox one it has vanished my other items are all there but the helmet is missing please help as i know its just a helmet but it gives a bit of pride knowing that i have been with the xbox family for 10+years now. Sincerely Lee.

Mass Effect 3 avatar awards not available

When I got the N7 helmet and went to put it on my avatar, I got a message telling me it I needed to download it and do I want to download now. After saying yes, it downloaded, the avatar wardrobe updated, and I had my helmet. Don't know if this helps?

I didn't see anything posted about this, and I apologize if it has been asked. I unlocked both of the avatar awards that they had in the game (the N7 helmet and the Omni-blade), but when I went to customize my avatar with the items, they aren't there. I
can bring up both awards on my Xbox and have it tell me that I unlocked it, but it simply isn't in my avatar wardrobe.

The Helmet you're reffering to is the Xbox Live 10 Year Helmet correct?

If so, this is available to use when you look in the Avatar App. When you open the Avatar App. Press the Menu button on the controller to ensure you're in the Style section. Then press A on Hats & more and it should be there under the Purchased content since
it would have been a redeemable code.

Can you double check that and see if you're able to locate it?

 

It used to be in my wardrobe but is no longer there

 

To clarify, are you posting on the same account that redeemed the code or was it redeemed on a different account? If it was redeemed on another account. Is it possible to log in to that account and check to see if it shows up?

To double check as well, you're looking for the Avatar item on the Xbox One correct? Or are you looking for it on the Xbox 360?

 

Yes this account redeemd the helmet i used to use it on my 360 but since i chnaged from xbox one after a resent update it vanished i have tryed refownloading account cashe and wipe but still not there and yes i am trying to use it on a xbox one but its not
