    My X360 is not connecting


    My X360 is not connecting to my network here at home and because of that, I cannot enter on Xbox Live -- this was not happening until some days ago. I tried tp follow the instructions here on your site to try to fix the problem, but when I was asked to go
    to your forums in english(I am brazilian) I quit of trying because 1) my knowledge of english is pretty rusted and 2) I don't understand almost nothing about PC. modems and routers and 3) I don't understood half of the instructions and terms used in your forums!
    I need help and I need ASAP -- so please, pretty please with a cherry on top... help me!

    Connecting to PC

    I think my laptop is having issues finding and connecting to my X360 on my network. Can I get a checklist of items to check are enabled/disabled for things like the firewall and under Network and Sharing Settings, for example? My X360 came up in my list
    of devices after a bit of tinkering, but I was not able to cast any videos like I planned on doing.

    Wireless X360 controller shows a solid 4 green bars

    My X360 controller shows a solid 4 green bars. If I go to try to sync it with the X360 or my Windows wireless adapter, the controller will respond as if it is connecting and then go back to 4 solid green bars with no response to any button presses.

    If the PC and the X360 console are not connected in the same manner, this may account for the issue you are experiencing. Is the PC wireless? If so, can you connect it with another Ethernet cable to the same router as the X360?

    I actually came across that product before posting my question, and it's no good. This particular cable only works for connecting an HDD from an older console (the proprietary interface I was talking about) with an HDD for the new revisions of the X360.
    I am looking for something that connects two officially licensed SATA hard disks, for the latest, "slim", X360.
