My x1

Hey guys after a bit of help every time I try to watch something on Amazon prime app or now tv it jumps to a blue screen like every 2-3 seconds but the programme still plays and even wen i quit the app it still happens so gotta turn X1 of but wen I play
games theres no problems any ideas wats happening please ?

Luckily since the x1 is blu ray, I'll only need my x1 and cable box now so I'll be plugging my cable box in to my x1 and my x1 into my receiver and never have to switch inputs again. The only thing I'm thinking about though is what happens when I want to
record on my cable box DVR or watch on demand programming.

 

Might be something to do with the display settings on either your console or tv.

I've used Now TV without any issues.

These apps use secure connections to your TV so you dont have any capture cards etc setup do you as this might cause an issue.

I've used Amazon TV with no issues.

Are you in any of the "Update Preview Programs" or are you running on the Standard Dashboard?
