    My X1 won't find my Logitech webcam, why?


    I need support to understand why my X1 wont find my new webcam which i plugged into the console.

    Its a X1 not the S or X.

    Anyone that knows this issue?

    Reverse image

    I just checked my camera configuration and there is a configuration setting to correct that. It is under advanced settings. I use a Logitech webcam. Good Luck!

    After connecting my Logitech webcam everything seems normal but I cant record those little short voice clips in converstation/messages. party chat and game chat and cortana recognition all work just fine from the astro a50 headset. I went and made sure I
    purchased a webcam that was rated as one of the best compatible ones for xbox.

    trying to record a voice clip for sending in a message results in waiting for me to talk, recording nothing, and after clicking stop or time runs out there is nothing to send, it does not hear me from either my headset (astro a50, with latest updates) or

    Webcam support has only recently been made available for consoles running the new dashboard in the insider community can you please confirm in this thread if you are an Xbox Insider?

    same issue with my logitech brio
    Im not sure the Logitech Brio is compatible with the Xbox.

    For the best experience, we recommend these webcams:

    Xbox one streaming with mixer power randomly going off.

    I have the same probably my xbox turns off for awhile when im streamjnf on mixer. With a webcam. I got the logitech webcam. My xbox does not turn off when im streaming without a webcam.
