My X paddle stopped working

Do you have warranty on the controller?
If yes, I think would be better use it, or if you're able to return it (purchase was made recently) that's much better. In that way you can get a new one with warranty on it too.

I’ve tried all of this my controller and console are all updated. I’ve also tried another console it work but shortly after it stopped working I’ve tried the wire too. It is not the controller the paddles work fine but once I play my game with numbers binded to my paddles it makes my Xbox stop registering my paddles with binded to numbers and letters it only works when binded to buttons

These steps don't help if the firmware version is 5.11 or 5.13.

First question you should ask someone reporting this issue is what Firmware version are you running.

With 5.11 Bluetooth stopped working but Paddles access still working to customize on PC. It will only work while using USB cable is used. This version still gives access to the paddles to assign other actions with a program like reWASD.

With 5.13 Bluetooth AND customized Paddles access stopped working on PC.
