    My x-box one worked this AM, now all I get is home page that is frozen, can't sign in or ...


    Controller won't move around in home page to let me do anything. My grandson was playing Minecraft this AM and consul wasn't working like it had been. Trouble with getting controller to work. I have battery one and charging battery one. I'd appreciate any
    help. I got system in late Dec. and went through the hack. Is the same thing going on now or is it a problem on my end?

    California Verizon Fios won't connect to Xbox LIVE?

    I'm having the same issue. I can't even try troubleshooting because the x box support pages won't load. Sucks considering I just upgraded to a 360s today after not being able to play discs on my old Xbox.

    Sorry to hear it. I sometimes have this same issue after my kids play Minecraft. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. This should fix the problem for you and get you back to gaming.

    14.14 stop game go to dashboard

    14.15 recommendations not working after signout

    14.16 switch off box

    14.17 switch on box with Controller

    14.17 sign into live profile

    14.18 start game get black screen

    14.18 press guide button select home and box freezes

    14.18 box frozen no response. Have to press power button and box is off but screen with frozen picture shows up to 9 sec after the xbox light is off

    Sorry to hear it. I sometimes have this same issue after my kids play Minecraft. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. This should fix the problem for you and get you back to gaming.

    No, there is nothing at all on the screen at any point. Initially I was getting the side menu (which was frozen) and I could see the contoller/Console off box that pops up when you hold the home button, but now I get nothing.

    My X-Box One is having the same exact problem. Hard shutdown won't work, tried unplugging, nothing is working. I can't even load the home screen. This really ticks me off. I have been on a trip for the past five days so there is no way I could have broken
    the X-Box in any way. There has to be an explanation and I would appreciate a solution as soon as possible, for I am very VERY mad at this even being a problem...
