My X-Box one shuts down and restarts when I try to go back and continue playing GTA-5, after I have been on Netflix or amazon. It just started doing this about a week ago. Tried every trick I saw on You Tube but nothing works.

Xbox One unexpectantly turns off

So just recently i was playing my Xbox One COD 3 specifically and it shut off randomly! After this happened the power button, and eject button would not work at all, no noise or anything! I finally reset the power brick and it turned back on! Now it shuts
down about 10-20 minutes into a game no matter what game it is and I have to repeat the process! The real kicker is that if I'm using an app like youtube or netflix or watching a movie it wont ever shut off! Does anyone have any ideas on what might be happening
or how to fix it?

my xbox live connection keeps cutting out

I stated playing x box live again after you guys updated the system to get ready for the x box one. Now every time i go to play a game i get randomly disconnected from x box live and i have to wait like 5 min to reconnect or else my x box will freeze. however
i can be playing on my computer perfectly fine and have no connection issues. i have been looking online for the past 3 days doing what everyone is recommending and still nothing it is getting really frustrating. Plz help me out

Dont use wireless. Do hardwired. If you are hardwired then do a hard system restart by holding the X button on the x box console, not the x on the controller. Hold it down until your system shuts off. This bypasses sleep mode and actually turns the x box
off. Most problems in GTA can be fixed using this method.

Hey there. I would first try a full reboot. Go into Settings, Power, Restart console and try it again after it restarts. If that doesn't work, from Power, go to Turn console off and when it shuts down, unplug the power cord from the back for 5 minutes and
then try again.

My xbox one x has recently been getting constant errors about having to clear my local saved game data in order to resolve the error, however when I try to clear the data after my xbox restarts I then get a system error asking me to restart or reset
my xbox to factory settings. I have reset my xbox several times now and still get the same system error. It will occasionally perform properly but error continues to come back. How can I permanently fix this issue?

Have you tried performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this? Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug
the power cord back in and restart the console.

The only other thing that I could suggest is a factory reset, before that try contacting Xbox live support chat.

I had some issues in CoD too, my Xbox was shutting down sometimes playing this game, this is why I'm not playing anymore, I have the One X. Maybe after they release some update I come back.
