    my x box one Kinect keeps turning off


    I have a x box one and for 6 years had no issues at all with console or Kinect but within the last month my Kinect has been randomly turning off , then coming back on again I contacted x box live chat who told me to clear the chach and the mac address as
    well as the persistant storage of which I did and for a bit it stabilized but yesterday while in a game and using my Kinect to party chat it when off and came up with a message please restore drivers refer to setting I have never had that message before it
    went off but came back on so it not broken as such but I'm not sure why and whats wrong as its only recently started with a month Is any one else having the same issues or know what I can do or is causeing it

    X Box One stopped powering TV on and off

    My X Box One recently stopped turning my TV on and off with the console. I have a connect attached, but I have always left it turned off unless I am actively using it., so I have never had volume or channel control through the X Box, but until recently,
    turning on the X Box would turn on the TV, and turning off the X Box would turn off the TV. Any ideas on how to get that working again?

    xbox one s keeps turning off

    X box one s keeps turning off when you try to start a game. It's not overheating as it's been off all today but the problem keeps happening. We've tried resetting the power, and a soft system restore but nothing works. Any thoughts.

    had the same problem a few months ago had to contact MS send my kinect camera to them & they sent me a new one works fine btw i seen a post from someone saying that their kinect was doing the same thing but has stopped doing it since the last update the

    It's just the beta box having system issues.

    Hey CivilBird18690, Just an addition to OutSider. If the troubleshooting page didn't worked for you, your power supply may failing. To isolate the issue from power supply to Xbox Console, are you able to connect your Xbox Console to another power supply
    (like from a friend, family and/or neigbour)? If your Console is working correctly, it may be the power supply that is having issues. Are you able to connect your power supply to someone else his Xbox Console and see if any issue(s) occur. Let us know the
    details. Thanks.
