Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening, but hopefully provided the right info, we can help you get this back up and going normally.

Normally I would say that if you are having problems with your dashboard it's best for you to try a factory reset of the
console that resets and keeps your games & apps.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

Look GWL isn't even going away really, they are just merging the store and forums to one site. In fact the Windows Phone lives here too. So all gaming services is under the one Direct X box brand.

Direct X for PC, Xbox for Console and Mango for Phone.

The link for support for the game on the store directs here. I've also noticed that it's the forum for the game TY, but that's where we're directed by the store app.

BTW, I bought the TY too and it has the same problem like Halo SA.

Oh, I forgot to specify that! I bought it on the microsoft store, for my x box series x, and I want to download it onto my x box.

I live in remote area ... no stores here are big enought to carry X BOX lol dvd videos stores around here also closed down doors. lol thats my reason for wanting a digital copy ASAP
