My World War Z progression Data gone!

Hello I need help with my account on World War Z, as all my saved progress/data is gone between 1/13/19 and 1/14/19 when my xbox one x crashed and restarted multiple times. My progress in the game has reverted back to zero. So far my original progress
has not returned.

if the game crashed during game play it most likely did not save properly making the saved games from the date you provided gone

If the base game is the same and the extra content are the DLCs, you're good to go
