    My wireless router won't connect.


    My Xbox One won't connect to my wireless router. It says that it has a wired connection, but I've never had a wired connection in the past, nor do I have one now? Can someone please help me?

    Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

    Looks like it was my wireless router maybe? I use a wired connection through my router but I was experiencing 100% packet loss through it according to Xbox multiplayer connection test. I connected through wireless and now it works with only 1% packet loss. Does this mean I need a new router even if the wireless works and wired connection doesn't? Every other game works fine online when my Xbox is wired. Just a CODAW issue.

    Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

    Might be an issue with the cord itself. See if you have another cable or plug that cord into something else and test it that way.

    Let's start with a power cycle. To do so, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console until it fully powers down. Once the console has powered down, remove the power from the back and let it sit for 5 minutes. Once that time has passed, plug
    everything back in and give it another shot.

    If that does not resolve the issue, the next step I recommend is to Factory Restore your Xbox One console. Please be sure to
    select 'Reset and keep my games & apps'! Let us know how it goes!

    Error Code 0x838601e7 no code solution - needs attention

    Tried to connect my lads fifa 14 for 2 weeks won't sync data 0x838601e7 error, have done these,

    Disconnected router

    Reset router

    Uninstalled fifa

    Hard reset,

    Clear mac on advanced wireless setting,

    Reset a wireless connection

    Still nothing, error code not regonised on support, *** off!
