My wireless network disconnects when my xbox 360e is on

Did you guys also make sure your wireless was disconnected as well (Settings > Network > Disconnect Wireless Network) ? When we had the outage yesterday even though I disconnected my ethernet cable I found I had to manually disconnect from wireless also
to be able to sign in offline as it will automatically switch to wireless when you pull out the ethernet cable.

This is extremely odd if no one else is having the same problem. All my digital media plays fine when signed in offline. The Xbox One is from a UK store and the physical media was all UK region coded.

No reply to my support thread yet either.

I realized why it didn't work last time. As soon as I add my wireless network to the bridge, it ceases to connect to anything. All possible wireless networks claim to be disconnected everywhere except for the list of wireless networks.

My computer can't even connect to the internet when I create a bridge.

Ok, I believe I figured the problem out, and it's really obtuse. Back when I first got the Xbox 360 Slim, I used the wireless connection to connect it to my network. Later when I ran a hardwire to my living room, I plugged it into the Xbox 360, which is
SUPPOSED to disable the wireless. In fact if you go to the Network Settings, it won't even allow you to look at the wireless settings without disconnecting the cable.

When checking the logs on my Dlink DGL-4500 to put in this mail, I found the log kept reporting a wireless authentication error, over and over and over again. Low and behold it's the same MAC address as the WIRED Xbox 360 Slim. I guess somewhere along
the way I either changed my wireless password, or the configuration got corrupted. It was this failure over and over again that was causing the Xbox Live to disconnect after what I'm guessing was a timeout, even though the wired connection never failed, but
it was also trying to connect through the wireless connection.

I had to disconnect the Ethernet cable, then was able to see the wireless settings, and then deleted the network it was trying to attach to, then reconnect the cable, reboot the console, and now it's downloading smoothly, with no issues.

No more log errors, no more disconnect problems. FFS that's really idiotic, they should be turning the wireless radio off if the Ethernet is connected.

If it is xbox 360S or Xbox 360E then it has an internal wireless adapter. If that is not recognized, means it is a hardware issue and a repair is needed
