    I was going to play with some friends so i connected my headset immediately it whent to second controler headset (wireless headset can be used in multiple 'stations Player1 to player4')when i turned on my second control it when to player 3 headset and then
    i pressed it to change from player3 headset to player 1 headset and it couldnt do this all it did was go to P4 go back to P3 can someone help me

    Did MS design Xbox without this key feature the 360 had?

    I hate the design of the Xbox one controller so I'm using my 360 controller, CronusMax, and a Xbox wireless extender. Hence, I cannot use any headset unless my Xbox 360 headset will work if I plug it into the controller.

    If my headset isn't connected to the controller it shouldn't have anything to do with the controller should it? The headset is wireless so it pairs directly to the Xbox through a wireless USB connection.

    Things are working now. When you mentioned the controller, something crossed my mind. I was charging my wireless controller when this problem happened. I think my wireless controller was letting out a signal that was corrupting me headset signal. When
    I first used my headset, I never had my wireless controller then. Then the day after I faced problems with my headset when I was charging my battery in my wireless controller and things have been fine with my headset while I've been using my wireless controller.
    Obviously when I mentioned my headset, I was talking about my Bluetooth. Thanks for the help.

    I settle for a headset into my wireless xbox controller, not perfect, but enables you to be semi-wireless.

    The Wireless Headset should always go the the first controller if the controller doesn't have a wired headset plugged in.
