My Wireless controller not working well

Good day.

I bought my Play and Charge kit with controller included (black) for my 360 few days ago and it worked perfect, but suddenly stopped working correctly. Just worked almost 2 weeks.

If I try to turn on the console with the controller, everything is perfect, but if I try to do some action with the controller, it doesn't work, only the Xbox button and nothing else. I thought the problem was in the rechargeable battery. I did the following:

-I changed the rechargeable battery to another controller, it worked 30 seconds and later got disconnected (like needed to be recharged) so I connected the cable to recharge and it worked.

-The new controller with non-rechargeable batteries works perfectly.

-The new controller isn't working with the cable and rechargeable battery simultaneously.

-My old controller is actually working with the cable and rechargeable battery.

My problem has solution or i need to buy other controller?

Wireless Controller Not working

When did you purchase these items? It may be easier to see if you can return the controller to the seller for an exchange.

In the meantime, what have you tried to get the controller connected to the console?

 

Wireless Controller Not working

This is the second time i am contacting X box help desk (id [Mod Removed]) .I bought a xbox accesory kit from Amazon including a Wireless controller, X box remote , HDMI cable and 3 month Xbox Live code.

The last time i contacted the help desk , I was told to reply the email with the Xbox Live code . I waited for the reply however did not receive any response yet. Luckily i tried using the Xbox Live Code today and the code was accepted.

My second issue was that the wireless controller was not working, please let me know how i can get the controller fixed.
