    My wireless controller couldn't connect to xbox after recent update


    Dear:

    I bought xbox One just around 2 weeks ago and accepted a recent system update 1 week ago, including my both controllers' update. After that, my two controllers (one was with the xbox package, i bought another one) both couldn't connect to my xbox wirelessly.
    Now i just could use my controller with USB cable. I tried every suggestion including repeated re-connection, several times recovering original settings, and countless times of restarting the system. Honestly, i 'm a littlle disaponted with this. Can anyone
    help me to fix this? please~~

    Xbox 360 won't connect online only offline

    Why after the recent update I am unable to connect my controller while I am online. I am able to do this while I am offline tho.

    DESPERATE for help !

    for anyone with controller issues, this popped up in tonight's preview update.
    A fix to address an issue for users who find their controller will no longer connect via a wireless connection, and only works over USB. If this has occurred to you, after taking this system update, you will be able to connect your controller via a USB cable and wait a few seconds before unplugging it. This will recover your controller and you will be able to connect wirelessly. It is expected that subsequent controller firmware updates will fail. This will be addressed in a later system update.

    Xbox One controller broken by Windows Anniversary Update

    I am also having serious issues with my Xbox One controllers and wireless dongle after the recent Anniversary update. The controllers will only connect for a second before disconnecting. I really hope someone at Microsoft fixes this soon.

    Hello,

    Is this a Bluetooth connection or a wired connection?

    In the meantime please check out this page: Troubleshoot your Xbox Wireless Controller | Xbox Support

    And make sure your controller has been updated through the accessories app. I couldn't tell if you meant the laptop is fully updated or the controller itself in your post, which is why I mention it.

    HELP! my controller seems to be able to connect to my computer via usb cable and the wireless adapter but the Xbox accessories app is unable to detect a controller. When I first connected the controller via wireless adapter, it was able to detect it and
