    I I just bought a refurbished Xbox 360 from Amazon. I had to buy the controller and all the cables to hook it up separately. I ended up having to buy a wired old style wired controller.. it's not a rechargeable one it's wired on one end USB to the Xbox USB port.The Xbox button is just a black button in the middle and it doesn't seem to work to start the Xbox or to initialize the Xbox. The Xbox turns on shows a picture of the controller to the Xbox button and has the a button visible and those are the only buttons visible on the picture it wants me to press the Xbox button and the a button is what it looks like but the Xbox button like I said it's black and doesn't look like an Xbox button and it's not working how can I fix this can I fix this is

    As far as I'm concerned, the only option you have is to reach out to Amazon, for a possible exchange or refund.

    PC drivers for XB1 controllers rolling out today

    Tested mine today and it's working perfectly. At first I thought Skyrim wasn't working with the One controller. The reason why it wasn't was because my wired Xbox 360 controller was still plugged in. As soon as I removed the 360 controller, the Xbox One
    pad started working. Driver install went fine and all of the games I've tried that support the Xbox 360 controller support One pad so far.

    Hi,

    Both wired and wireless Xbox 360 controllers work on Windows 10. Wired is just plug and play while wireless controllers need a receiver. I know 360 controllers work as I've used them on my own gaming PC running the latest version of Win 10.

    You would have to get a USB version or Wireless with adapter controller to work on PC. The one I use is an Afterglow Wired Controller for Xbox Once on my PC.
