My wired and wireless internet has been disconnecting while playing games and i just freeze and my friends just randomly stop talking its been happening for about 2 years now and its been happening a lot recently and it gets me angry

This could be the amount of users in your household using the same internet. They could be downloading, uploading, streaming etc. Which could cause your ping to jump and disconnect you. People confuse "fast internet with "strong" all the time.

You may also want to try clearing the MAC address. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.
