My wifi doesn't work

Hello I have a concern on my Xbox one about the wifi...I can not connect to the internet only connected via router, none of the list of wifis pop up. And when I click the tab to check my connection it says i'm all good and
connected to the internet but i'm not that's the issue. i have tried to restart it multiple times which didn't work so I turned to resetting it. When I reset it, the usual screen popped up where you have to set it up. When I got to the network topic, it said
that I was already connected so I pressed continue. It then brought me to the update topic screen. It said that there was a problem with the update and I had to either try again, check the network connection, or turn off the xbox. I did all of those options
and nothing worked. When I clicked on try again and turn off the xbox it just brought me back to the error screen and when I went to check the internet connection, it did the same thing where none of the list of wifis popped up. Is there any way this is the
issue with the wifi card inside the console?? i'm not sure what to do on this so if someone could help me that would be very much appreciated

I'd say 1. Either the wifi connector in your xbox one for some reason is screwed up 2. Try using an ethernet cord directly to it to see if it works

I'm using my mobile hotspot and my Hotspot did connect wants to my Xbox One with no problems now it's having a problem connecting to my Xbox one can anybody give me any any good information how to fix this I do not have a router

I had this issue with my WIFI a few months back, Im with Virgin and sometimes for some reason the WIFI seems fine but it wont be visible or able to connect to my XBox via a wireless connection. I got around this by wiring my xbox to the router and letting
it connect that way for an hour or so and then when I unplugged it, it seemed to be able to connect wirelessly again.

Hi. Have you tried to unplug and replug your router? See if that works.

Does your wifi work with all other devices other than the Xbox?

If you think there's something wrong with the Wifi card in your console, then you can easily check it by enabling hotspot on your phone, and then use that hotspot as wifi on your console.
