    Hello,hope I can get the best help possible but I have a dual entitlement edition of madden nfl 21 and I had to delete the game from my xbox one but I try to reinstall it and it won't ever get downloaded back and if I get the best help i'd appreciate it even if it is not what i'm looking for as it is just me getting help.

    i would say the same thing. i did this to mine as it happend to mine.

    This seemed to be a common issue with the 360 but only ever affected people who had the console stood vertically.

    The advice was to always use the console in a horizontal position as that prevented it from happening.

    Sorry to hear about the issues you're having. Could you try
    clearing your cache     three times in succession, then turning your console off and back on? Additionally, can you unplug the power cable to your modem, waiting 15-20 seconds, then plugging it back in? Resetting your modem can usually help.

    Let us know if you're still experiencing issues!
